DANIEL MEZICK

Coaching executives and teams since 2006, DANIEL MEZICK is an expert enterprise on business agility and extending adaptive agile culture beyond software. He is a frequent keynote speaker on self-management and business agility at industry conferences worldwide. Daniels list of clients include Capital One, INTUIT, Adobe, CIGNA, Pitney Bowes, SIEMENS Healthcare, Harvard University, and dozens of smaller enterprises.

Daniel’s first pioneering work on culture was published in 2012. THE CULTURE GAME described 16 specific patterns that extend Agile ideas across the organization, beyond software.  In 2014 he built upon THE CULTURE GAME patterns and formulated the OpenSpace Agility method and co-authored the THE OPENSPACE AGILITY HANDBOOK.

Daniel’s enterprise consulting practice is built upon the core concepts found inside these books. Daniel conducts workshops based on these books and offers enterprise business agility coaching and training programs for executives and teams.

MARK SHEFFIELD

As an enterprise Agile coach and Open Space Technology facilitator, Mark Sheffield delivers executive leadership consulting and training programs worldwide. He is recognized as a pioneer in the field of Invitation-Based Change and an expert in the field of business agility transformation. Mark is a co-author of the groundbreaking OpenSpace Agility Handbook, which published in 2015.

Mark holds Scrum Master and Product Owner certifications from Scrum Alliance Inc, and SAFe Programming Consultant (SPC4) from Scaled Agile Inc. In addition he is a Certified OpenSpace Agility Trainer. He has over 20 years of IT experience.

Mark is based in High Point, North Carolina.
