In 2014 he built upon THE CULTURE GAME patterns and formulated the OpenSpace Agility method and co-authored the THE OPENSPACE AGILITY HANDBOOK.

He is recognized as a pioneer in the field of Invitation-Based Change and an expert in the field of business agility transformation. Mark is a co-author of the groundbreaking OpenSpace Agility Handbook, which published in 2015.
Mark holds Scrum Master and Product Owner certifications from Scrum Alliance Inc, and SAFe Programming Consultant (SPC4) from Scaled Agile Inc. In addition he is a Certified OpenSpace Agility Trainer. He has over 20 years of IT experience.
